June 24, 2026 – A packed house filled the Theatre of Living Arts Wednesday night as The Cab brought its Back From The Dead Tour to Philadelphia. The tour follows the release of Chasing Crowns, the band’s first studio album in 15 years.

The Cab wasted no time, opening with “Locked and Loaded,” “Temporary Bliss” and “Back From the Dead.” From the opening song, the crowd was singing along and never really stopped.
Alex DeLeon sounded strong throughout the night. Alex Marshall and Chantry Johnson handled the guitar work, Joey Thunder anchored the bass, and Dave Briggs kept the energy up behind the drum kit. Briggs’ drum solo gave the crowd another reason to cheer before the band jumped back into the set.
One of the biggest singalongs came during “Bad,” with fans shouting every word back toward the stage. “Vegas Skies / I’ll Run,” “Take My Hand” and “Living Louder” kept the momentum going, while the Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears and NSYNC medley drew one of the biggest reactions of the night.
The encore featured “YUKON / One of THOSE Nights,” “Endlessly” and closed with “Angel with a Shotgun.” The packed house sang every word from beginning to end, giving the band a fitting sendoff.
More than 15 years after their last studio album, The Cab showed this was more than just a reunion. The band looked like it was having fun, the fans never stopped singing, and the performance was a reminder of why The Cab still has such a loyal following.
