President Obama Delivers “Back to School” Speech in Philadelphia

On Tuesday, President Obama delivered his second annual “Back to School” speech to the Nation. He chose the Masterman School at 17th & Spring Garden streets in Philadelphia as the setting to address our nation’s youth and Independent Philly’s Josh Miller was there to capture some original photos just for you.
