October 15, 2022 – Philadelphia, PA — What a day in South Philly! The Philadelphia Flyers defeated the Vancouver Canucks 3-2.
Meanwhile just across the parking lot at Citizens Bank Park, the Phillies crushed the Atlanta Braves 8-3 and became the 2022 NLCS Champs!
After being down by 2 goals, the Flyers’ Tony D’Angelo and Scott Laughton added equalizer goals. Travis Konecny then scored the game winner with six minutes to play in the game.
