March 25, 2023 – Philadelphia, PA — Flyers won their 3rd straight game and shut out the Detroit Red Wings, 3-0 at the Wells Fargo Center. Nearing the end of a very rough season, the Flyers and their fans enjoyed the sweet taste of victory!

The Orange & Black defense squashed 7 Red Wings power plays, leaving Detroit stunned and frustrated. Adding to the visitor’s woes, Carter Hart was stellar in goal, making 29 acrobatic saves.

The Flyers’ offense got a boost after recently bringing rookie Tyson Foerster up from the Phantoms. Veteran Scott Laughton continued his scoring streak (3 straight games) by netting another goal against Detroit’s Alex Nedeljkovic.

Philly’s next challenge is at home against the Montreal Canadiens. And you can be sure they will battle to win each remaining game – certainly not thinking about bettering their position in the draft with losses! Go Flyers!!
